Battery Powered Hand-Held Pin Marker
This hand-held Monode pin marker features a powerful lithium-ion battery rated at 5 amp/hr. User can achieve up to 3 hours of continuous marking and around 8 hours of intermittent marking.
The hand-held Monode marker is one of the fastest pin markers available today. Its variable marking speed can be changed per file to help fit the production needs.
The unit’s marking window 50mm x 30mm. Depth of the pin mark is dictated by the material being marked. However, you can expect .002″ in mild tool steel on force setting 5. It can mark any logo.. The hand-held uses a dot-based marking system in which resolution, size and substrate are determining factors of quality.
User can have mobile capability with most mobile devices. Download the software to your mobile device, connect and you are ready to start marking! Easy to use, feature rich mobile solution. In-app barcode scanner, available in 12 languages, password protection for access, offline layout creation, logo and symbols, Data Matrix, date, shift and time of mark all available. The software is available on both Google Play and Apple’s App Store. The hand-held uses “.plt” files which are vector graphic plotter files. It has a built-in scanner to input barcodes.
User can also mark with radial text to mark on a radius, and you can use the inside part of the boot on the marker to fit on a round of a part to mark.
