CNC Machine Direct Part Marking
Dot peen /scribing/ roller marking CNC marking tools from Gravostar mark parts directly within conventional machining centers and CNC lathe milling systems. This allows for the manufacturing and marking of parts to take place within a single workflow – each part leaves the milling machine already equipped with the desired mark.
The marking stylus is driven by either internal cooling (W series) or compressed air (H series).
- Permanently marks can be made on flat, round or uneven parts directly in conventional machining centers and CNC lathe milling systems
- Coolant and pneumatically driven options
- Scribing Tools are also available for finer marking
- Mark alphanumeric text, symbols and logos
- All tools are equipped with a Weldon 20 shank shaft as standard
